Victor Abela – Chief Executive Officer
Victor Abela serves as Chief Executive Officer of Future Focus Ministries Australia Ltd, providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and governance oversight for the organisation. He ensures the ministry operates in alignment with its mission while upholding ACNC standards of compliance, accountability, and ethical management.
Victor oversees organisational planning, financial integrity, and ministry partnerships, ensuring that all resources are stewarded responsibly and directed toward impactful programs, particularly in supporting initiatives in India. He is committed to maintaining transparency with donors and stakeholders, strengthening community engagement, and advancing the organisation’s outreach and humanitarian objectives.

Annie Abela – Manager, Advisor to India & Events Coordinator
Annie Abela serves as Manager, Advisor to India, and Events Coordinator at Future Focus Ministries Australia Ltd. Annie oversees ministry operations and is responsible for the governance, stewardship, and administration of funds within a not-for-profit framework, ensuring alignment with ACNC requirements and best-practice standards of transparency and accountability.
She is in regular and ongoing communication with ministry partners in India, maintaining oversight through monitoring, reporting, and coordination to ensure all donations and funding are managed responsibly and distributed with integrity. This includes supporting evaluation of program outcomes and ensuring funds are used effectively for approved ministry initiatives and outreach activities. In addition, she provides strategic guidance to initiatives in India and coordinates events that strengthen community engagement and advance the organisation’s mission.
Annie's vision is to reach the world for Christ by preaching the Gospel to both the poor and the rich. The Great Commission remains at the heart of all we do, with Jesus as our living hope. God is looking for willing hearts, ordinary people carrying the good news and sharing it with others.
Soul winning is one of the greatest callings in this world, and while I have life and strength, I will continue to give my heart fully to the work of the Lord.
At 21, Annie said yes to God’s call on my life. At 68, Pastor Annie is still serving Jesus with greater passion than ever before.
