7th Free Sewing training class has commenced 4th October 2021 at 3pm

At Potnuru village church, 35 trainee ladies gathered and heard the instructions from Ruth their teacher.
Classes are conducted 3 days a week in Krishna Puram Village for 20 ladies,
two days week in Potnuru village church for 15 ladies at the church in Potnuru village.
Ruth our seamstress will teach the ladies for a year. We pay Ruth a wage that helps her support herself and her family
Pastor John Victor oversights sewing project and sends photos and progress on the ladies.
Thank you all for your prayers and financial help to make this project possible.
This program sets women free from the bondage of poverty.
Owning a debt free Sewing Business allows these women to be self-sufficient by earning a reliable, safe, good income.
The centre provides an important supportive environment for the women to meet together
in a safe and friendly building.

FREE SEWING TRAINING SCHOOL
Created to teach widows and deserted young women to support themselves, so that they are able to earn a living. The school has been very successful with over 100 ladies trained. The ladies have jobs or started their own sewing business. The centre provides an important supportive environment for the women to meet together in a safe and friendly church building. All ladies will receive a certificate, showing their training, and are given fabric, scissors, a sari and are able to find jobs in their new trade. The project provides trainees with an independent source of income for there families |
